NEW MADE IN HELL SHIRTS OMG WTF MIH!!!

Wake up, got another day to get through now….

What to wear? You like that one shirt, but the color doesn't go with your sweet creepers. And that other one? The logo clashes with your hair. So what the HELL to do?

Time to take matters into your own hands. You're already familiar with the mantra – "For us, for them, for you." Made In Hell is green-lighting a more selfish attitude in honor of the impending apocalypse.

Introducing – Made In Hell…. Just for You. You pick the shirt, you pick the ink, we create a custom design to fit your self-expression needs. With four shirts and four inks to choose from, your options are limitless (well okay, that's a lie, your options are limited to 16), but with production shutting down after the first 1000 shirts, uniqueness is once again the star.

Made In Hell will revert back to dictatorship in no time, so be sure to take advantage of this opportunity. It's not often you get to tell Ian Watkins what to make for you….

Stay tuned for round three, featuring brand new original designs and limited edition prints by a very special guest artist….

Here's our invitation. Stand and deliver.

Thank You!

Thanks to all for supporting us at V Festival in Chelmsford and Stafford this weekend.

We'd like apologise for the absence of guitarist Lee Gaze for the majority of the set on Sunday at Stafford. He was at a nearby hospital with his heavily pregnant wife and dashed to the festival site as soon as he was able to play the last few songs. Everything is fine with all the family.

Again, thanks to everyone for your support.

UH OHH, MADE IN HELL LAST CALL FOR ORDERSSS!!!!

Peoples, peoples, peoples, we are down to the wire. Our custom MIH shirts are almost all out so i wanted to give you guys a heads up just in case.

I have only 30 Made In Gold left, and under 100 of the other three designs. These will never be reprinted and you will be one of only 500 people in the world owning one if you grab one.

I made art...on a shirt...MADE IN HELL

Over the years, I've been approached by various people and companies about starting my own clothing line, and I've always said no. Do we really need another guy in a band selling crap teeshirts just to pump up his ego? It seemed a bit cliche.

But, as you may or may not know, I used to be a graphic designer and still do all the artwork for the band - album covers, single covers, merch, website, logos etc etc (Jamie helps with illustrations sometimes because he's an awesome painter). Naturally, I've amassed a lot of ideas and designs that couldn't or haven't worked in the context of the band. I looked through them a few months back and realized it would be a shame to let them go to waste.

That said, I still didn't like the idea of being another guy in another band putting his name to crap.

Through my studies of graphic design, I've gotten well into art and collecting it whenever possible. My favorite is mostly street, urban stuff like Banksy and Micallef because I love the way that when they make something, it's limited and unique. The person who owns their work has the pleasure of knowing that there are very few people in the world who have claim to the same thing.

So I had an idea. What if I did something with my designs using this limited element - to make these shirts more than just shirts - make them actual, special works of art (that also make you look rad).

I don't really want to call this a company. I see it more as an experiment, an event. There wont be any big marketing campaign, no big promo, no giveaways. This is something special that I am doing myself. You won't be able to get my shirts in stores or through any other outlets. I don't feel the need to advertise it any further than telling you guys and letting you spread the word...for the time being.

Each cycle will consist of four of my own designs, as well as one collaboration with another artist. I will only produce a limited number of each design. As each one sells out, the screen will be destroyed, never to be produced again. That's it, done. Once all the designs are gone, a new set will go up. Each shirt will be made to order - there's no stockpiled warehouse lying in wait. Every shirt will be numbered and custom made, and will come with a sticker and a badge. Every design will come from my brain via my hands through whatever medium I feel like using at that moment. It's a way to get my ideas out and have other people be a part of it - looking fucking awesome while doing so.

The chances of seeing anyone wearing the same shirt as you are slim to none, and when people start complimenting you and asking where they can get one, you can smugly tell them they can't. They are gone. They are shit out of luck.

Be a friend over at http://www.myspace.com/wearemadeinhell and http://www.wearemadeinhell.com for more info.

Sex, drugs and moderate violence

Good title I thought, and pretty apt also. I wanted to hit u guys up,
give u and update of our goings on etc. Album wise is gonna be sweet.
Still not sure on a release date but I'm super excited about getting it
out there. Best yet I reckon.

As for other stuff, we have been working on a lot of other cool shit
that will start materialising in the next few weeks, months. The first
one I'll tell u about may not interest u, but its something different
that I was a part of and its always cool telling people about stuff.
I've been working on various projects with a couple of fashion
photographers. The shoots have ranged from being really high end
fashion concepts with the Ian Watkins that you know and hate, to a taboo
pushing, ground breaking 'terry richardson' style shoot. That last
shoot was the most interesting for me as it gave me the chance to act
completely out of character and explore the the extreme nihilism of the
80's rock star. We created a digi cam photo diary where I played a character
that was a fusion of Jim Morrison and Nikki Sixx...need I say more? Oh
ok I will, let me just say that no one was harmed during the shoot and
that no animals or children were used! It was an interesting experience, and even though it was staged, some of the results look worryingly realistic, but i guess thats the whole point innnittt! Keep your eyes peeeeeled.

As for the other stuff, look for some big news early may.

UPDATES...

Hope everyone had a good xmas and new years eve thingy. Mine was chilled. We have finished and recorded 14 songs for the album, but still have more ideas, so like i said before, us being us, have decided to write and record these. It means that the album probably wont be out till the summer, but also means that there may be better songs on it...haha. Or not though, cause the new ideas might be pants. Anyway, we are gonna write in Wales cause LA has done our heads in. We need a break from it and to get back to our roots. Male voice choirs all the way now boys.

I also made a cameo in the new Blackout video for high tide summer summer summer summer baby summer we love summer sorry song. We shot it last friday for a budget of next to nothing, but i pulled some favours with my international arena performer connections and it looks like it could be quite cool. Obviously made much better by the fact that im in it. We had a laugh, and the boys pulled some sweet moves and looked lovely, so that should be out soon hopefully.

Got some more cool news in the pipeline, so i'll keep you posted.

Peace up, A Town down.

Merry New Year and Happy XMAS

Greetings everyone, Ian here.

Firstly i would like to wish everyone a merry Christmas and of course a happy new year, because thats a nice thing to do. I hope you all put your orders in at Argos for Tracy Island.

So we have 14 songs pretty much finished. I am going home to see my ma in Wales next week, and the new year is looking pretty exciting. We are still unsure if we have a finished record though at the moment, and we still have a few more ideas, so us being us, we are going to maybe record a few more tracks because we are fussy, and dont like putting filler on an album. So we'll do that early Jan. I reckon it will be out in the summer.

I wanna thank everyone for voting for us and for me in the various polls, is awesome to know we have you guys as our army behind us. It means no one can fuck with us, we got your back and you have ours.

We have a lot of plans for the new year, lots of cool new developments etc. Im not gonna tell you too much, but hopefully its gonna be good times for both us and you. We are definately expanding the LPS universe.

Im also starting my own blog thing. I know jamie has been doing one, but i think its time for the real quality to come out. I've always felt connected with you guys, but lately ive retreated somewhat into myself. So im gonna alter that and reconnect. I'll try to set up something where you guys can talk to me, ask me stuff, make indecent proposals etc. All the stuff i like. In return you can bear witness to the wit and wisdom of a true sage.

I also wanted to say thanks for the comments and messages, i try to read them when i get time, and i reply in my mind. Its hard to reply to them all, and i need a new computer, so its a slow process.

So anyway, there is still the 'hottest dude' poll thing going at buzznet, and even though it may seem silly, the winner gets a feature which would be a good way to kick off the new year. At the moment i am in the lead, which is only because of you guys, so thank you again for that. Keep up the voting though, and tell your friends and families to help clicky click.

HERE IS THE LINK

Theres also one at NME.com, if anyone cares. The likely hood of them ignoring your votes and focusing on Klaxons is high, but whatever innit, its worth a shot!!

Until my next bulletin/blog, be safe and happy.

Hot Hot Hot

So apparently someone over at BUZZNET thinks I, Ian Watkins, am hot. They have put me in a poll for Buzznet's hottest band member of 2007. Admitedly, I have been in LA for a while and the sun is out a lot, so there is a good chance that I would be quite hot. If you agree and want me to win... the link is below and you know what to do. Even if you don't agree, go vote anyway, because points mean prizes.

Here is the link to the poll:

If you want to know how our album is coming along...You can watch the Classic Albums on Def Leppard's Hysteria as our story is pretty much the same except our drummer still has both arms...but in turn I have lost my mind.

LOSTPROPHETS fans READ NOW!!!

Hello all,
The Kerrang readers poll is back up online. Sadly, we have heard rumours that LOSTPROPHETS are not in the lead for best band at the mo. So now, like the hard fighting welshman we are, its time to take it to the streets...of the internet...with our gang...you...and get voting...a lot.  Here's how:

1) Go to http://readerspoll2007.kerrang.com/
2) Fill out info
3) Click on best band
4) Click vote as many times as your little heart desires.
5) Once you voted 100,000 times. Go to whatever other category that starts with the words "best" or "sexiest" you think we should win and repeat step 4
6) Tell all your friends about steps 1-5 and then remind them about step 6

Here are some vital tips to help you be more of a badass:
- Make sure you make LOSTPROPHETS one word. Not Lost Prophets or Los Tprophets or Lostpro Phets.

- When you click vote...click very fast just like in the track and field game on the old atari. The faster you click the more votes go through.

Find their weaknesses and exploit them!!!

Now lets bring the pain soldiers!!!!
